The reservation process is modest and straightforward. After reserving a home, the applicant will complete an online background and credit check to assess their suitability as a resident. When it has been determined that the applicant has met all requirements, the reservation will be confirmed and the new resident will be sent an email with instructions and details for their Stay.
The minimum length of Stay is 30 days. Flexible dates for mid-term and long-term Stays can be accommodated, subject to existing reservations.
There may be fees charged in addition to Rent, such as pet fees, excessive utility fees, or amenity fees. These fees are based on the specific situation. For example, a pet fee will not be applied if there are no pets Staying at the property, but an excessive utility fee will be charged if excessive utility usage occurs. Amenity fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout when reserving a home.
Yes, each home includes on-site or nearby off-site parking. Parking details for each home are included in the listing details.
No, you do not need your own furniture. Our homes come furnished with all the essentials you need for comfortable living, such as a bed and couch, Smart TV(s), work desk, appliances, cookware, glassware, washer & drier, and everyday items like hairdryers and vacuums. Homes and their furnishings provided are modern, sophisticated, and practical. Residents may bring personal items, such as electronic devices or a favorite plant. However, residents may not remove furniture, appliances, or essentials from the home. Food and water will not be provided.
Pets are an important part of our lives, and are welcome in our homes. Combinations of up to 2 dogs or cats can stay at the home. Residents will need to upload a few documents for their pets, including a recent photo and vaccination records that includes an up-to-date rabies vaccine and affidavit that all pets have no history of biting others or causing damage to property.
